Safety "Five Preventions"


The hot and humid weather, accompanied by extreme weather such as thunder and lightning and heavy rain, poses a great threat to work safety. In order to prevent accidents, in the production process, we must pay attention to the "five preventions"

1. Preventing accidents in limited space operations

1. The job must go through approval procedures.

2. Hazardous and harmful factors must be identified before operation, and the operators must be informed of the dangerous and harmful factors, prevention and control measures and emergency measures.

3. Ventilation measures must be taken to maintain air circulation.

4. The work site must be equipped with protective facilities such as breathing apparatus, communication equipment, safety ropes, emergency equipment and monitoring personnel.

5. The oxygen concentration and the concentration of toxic and harmful gases (such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, etc.) in the limited space must be tested, and the operation can be performed only after the test results are qualified.

Two, prevent electric shock accident

1. Electrical workers must operate in strict accordance with operating specifications. Wear work clothes, insulated shoes, insulated gloves and other labor protection supplies when working, and wear safety belts when working at heights. The key parts should be operated by one person and guarded by one person, and reliable safety measures should be taken.

2. Live work is not allowed, and temporary wires are not allowed to be connected indiscriminately. If temporary power supply is urgently needed for production, a "Temporary Electricity Ticket" must be processed, wired by an electrician, and erected and insulated according to regulations.

3. Regularly check and repair lines and circuits, and replace aging wires in time; make cross-border connections and grounding devices for corresponding equipment in accordance with regulations.

4. Electrical personnel should do daily inspections and shift shifts. In thunderstorm weather, the inspections should be strengthened. Temporary power cords on site should be checked once per shift; daily inspections of fixed power lines should be done and records should be made.

5. When cleaning and wiping equipment, employees at the position are strictly prohibited from washing with water or wiping electrical equipment with a damp cloth.


Three, lightning protection accident

1. Buildings, independent buildings, tank farms, and flammable and explosive areas should be installed with lightning protection devices as scheduled. All lightning protection tests are carried out to meet the qualified standards.

2. When you encounter a thunderstorm, you should take shelter in a house or metal room with a little space under the roof. If there is no shelter nearby, you should close your feet and stand on non-hygroscopic materials as much as possible. Don’t stand tall and alone. Under the trees.

3. Indoors, it is best to keep the human body 1.5 meters away from wires, lamp holders or radio antennas, and as far as possible away from metal conductors that communicate with the outside world, such as heating pipelines, water pipelines, and gas pipelines.

4. The lightning protection safety device must be inspected and repaired once to meet the safety requirements.

5. Carefully check the anti-static devices such as the industrial pipeline grounding of hazardous media, flange jumpers, and electrostatic grounding alarms to prevent electrostatic hazards.

6. Do not approach the grounding wire of high-voltage poles, iron towers, and lightning rods within 20 meters to avoid step-voltage electric shock during lightning strikes.

7. In summer with thunderstorms, lightning protection and electrostatic grounding testing should be done in advance, and strictly check whether the electrostatic grounding is properly connected before operation. During the thunderstorm, stop all outdoor operations.

Fourth, prevent fire and explosion accidents

1. Earnestly implement HSE and safety production responsibility systems at all levels, and strictly implement fire and explosion management systems.

2. Check regularly to ensure that the fire-fighting facilities are complete and easy to use. In the event of a fire accident, the emergency plan can be activated to extinguish the fire in time. If the fire cannot be controlled, the fire alarm should be reported immediately.

3. Employees must wear labor insurance products as required and strictly implement various operating procedures. It is strictly forbidden to bring fire into the production area.

4. Strictly implement the hot fire approval system, carefully study and formulate hot fire safety measures, and strictly implement them, and at the same time do a good job of monitoring the hot fire on-site, and implement continuous monitoring throughout the process.

5. Strengthen the fire and explosion management of boilers, pressure vessels, gas cylinders, and pressure pipelines. Strictly implement the operating procedures, strengthen the monitoring of dangerous parts, scientifically and accurately record the operating parameters and indicators, analyze the operating conditions and solve abnormal situations in a timely manner.

6. Strengthen the management of flammable gas leakage devices to ensure safety and effectiveness.

7. It is necessary to strengthen the management of electricity and gas use in the canteen, and carry out work and inspection in strict accordance with the regulations.


5. Prevention of heatstroke accidents

1. Regularly distribute heatstroke prevention and cooling products.

2. Try to avoid the high temperature period when working. If you really need to work, prepare cooling products and limit the working time.

3. Supplement water and develop good drinking habits. Usually, the best time to drink water is after the morning. You should always pay attention to eating more fresh vegetables and fruits to add water.

5. Prepare anti-heatstroke medicine. The department and team are responsible for the on-site provision of anti-stroke medicines, such as Rendan, Shidropshui, Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, etc.

6. Develop emergency plans, carry out emergency drills, and implement emergency response measures.
